Community Sales Manager

The Community Sales Manager is responsible for driving new home sales within assigned communities by delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through closing. This role focuses on achieving sales goals, building strong relationships with prospective buyers, and representing the company’s brand, quality, and values throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities within assigned residential communities.
  

• Engage with prospective buyers, provide property tours, and present home features, pricing, and financing options.
  

• Maintain thorough knowledge of available inventory, floor plans, upgrades, and community amenities.
  

• Guide customers through the homebuying journey from initial contact to contract execution and closing.
  

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  

• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and follow up with leads consistently.
  

• Collaborate with marketing, construction, and mortgage partners to ensure smooth transactions.
  

• Monitor local market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  

• Coordinate and host open houses, community events, and promotional activities.
  

• Ensure model homes and sales centers are well-presented and reflect brand standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required).
  

• 2–5 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or residential property sales.
  

• Active real estate license (or ability to obtain one, depending on state requirements).
  

• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
