Hanover Place is a vibrant active adult community in Tinley Park, IL focused on creating exceptional living experiences through engaging amenities, lifestyle programming, and outstanding service. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Community Manager to lead daily operations, inspire staff, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
What You’ll Do- Oversee all property operations, staff, and resident relations
- Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and rent collections
- Lead and develop on-site teams including maintenance and office staff
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and operating efficiently
- Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care
- 3+ years of management experience in property management or related field
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Financial and budgeting experience
- Senior housing property management experience preferred
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
