Senior Associate, Platform Support
A leading fintech organization is seeking a Senior Associate, Platform Support to support enterprise-level clients on a proprietary wealth management platform.
This role will serve as a critical bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience through technical support, training, and ongoing platform optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
Provide technical support via phone, email, and virtual walkthroughs
Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams
Configure and manage platform settings, permissions, and workflows
Educate clients on platform features to drive adoption and efficiency
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Act as a subject matter expert on platform functionality
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in client support or client-facing roles in financial services
Experience working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIA)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working with technology platforms and troubleshooting issues
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SaaS, fintech, or wealth management platforms
Familiarity with TAMP platforms or custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing)
Strong understanding of financial operations and account workflows
Advanced Excel skills
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
Bonus eligibility
