Human Resource Project Manager
Remote Human Resources Project Manager
You will lead the activation of new corporate values and commitments, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure a seamless, company-wide rollout. As the central point of accountability, you will plan, track, and deliver against milestones, bringing structure and excellent communication to this high-visibility initiative.
Responsibilities

Develop project charter, scope, and governance model.

Define roles, responsibilities, and RACI across workstreams.

Establish cadence for project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates.

Build and maintain project management templates and documentation.

Develop and maintain an integrated program plan across multiple workstreams.

Map dependencies and critical paths, resolving potential conflicts proactively.

Partner with functional owners to align plans, deliverables, and timelines.

Support communications strategy for rollout and activation.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Manager

Bachelor's Degree
-
Minimum three years of experience working in or adjacent to HR functions.

Experience with MS Planner or MS Project.

Experience in the tech industry and large companies.

PMP or similar certification. (preferred)

SHRM or similar certification. (preferred)

Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in large, complex organizations.

Familiarity with digital platforms like intranet, SharePoint, Workday.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position working Monday through Friday, 8-5pm CT, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Initiatives in HR. The role involves high exposure to CHRO and VP level HR representatives and will collaborate with various departments to set goals and execute the rollout of new company values, mission, and vision.

This is a Contract position based out of Vernon Hills, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
