Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract role providing essential psychological services in an educational setting. This opportunity runs from August 17th through May 28th and entails supporting K-12 students across three school buildings near Gridley, IL. You’ll work on-site, engaging with a caseload of approximately 20-25 students. With a 35-hour workweek, your day starts at 7:45 AM and wraps at 3:30 PM, allowing for both impactful work and a healthy work-life rhythm.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist required
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Proficiency in cognitive and psychoeducational assessment
• Strong understanding of IEP procedures and compliance
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with school-based multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cognitive assessments and interpret results for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop, revise, and participate in IEP meetings and processes
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to address student needs
• Provide recommendations for academic, emotional, and behavioral interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school protocols
• Support best practices for student wellbeing and overall school climate
