I opened my agency in 2020 and currently have a team of six talented professionals who bring energy and passion to everything we do. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent several years in financial services, where I served as a Director of Operations an experience that taught me the importance of strong leadership, efficiency, and delivering outstanding service. Outside of work, Im a proud supporter of my local high school (and alma mater) and actively contribute to our community, including involvement with a local womens shelter. When Im not in the office, youll likely find me out on my motorcycle, boating, or cheering for the Chicago Bears. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Barnes - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
