Executive Chef
Executive Chef / Culinary Director
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic culinary leader to oversee all aspects of the culinary program within a highly curated, luxury private hospitality environment. The ideal candidate is inspired by a lifestyle-centered approach to hospitality, where elevated cuisine, community, and exceptional service intersect. Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in fine dining environment.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or in a comparable senior culinary leadership role.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including comprehensive experience managing cost of goods sold (COGS), labor controls, inventory, and profitability initiatives.
- Proven ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective, solution-oriented strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Open availability required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.
- Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Current City of Chicago Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification required.
- Current allergen certification compliant with City of Chicago requirements required.
