Executive Chef / Culinary Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic culinary leader to oversee all aspects of the culinary program within a highly curated, luxury private hospitality environment. Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in fine dining environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or in a comparable senior culinary leadership role.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including comprehensive experience managing cost of goods sold (COGS), labor controls, inventory, and profitability initiatives.
• Proven ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective, solution-oriented strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Open availability required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Current City of Chicago Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification required.
• Current allergen certification compliant with City of Chicago requirements required.
