Senior Oracle Database Developer - Workday Migration Project
- Richmond, VA - Kennesaw, GA - Chicago, IL - Plano, TX - W2 Only*\ Candidate must be able to go onsite to one of the clients locations

Job Type: Full-Time - Hybrid - 3 days onsite

environment, committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Oracle Database Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the migration from Fieldglass to Workday.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the migration of data from Fieldglass to Workday,
- Develop, implement, and optimize PL/SQL code to support database
- Design and maintain complex data models to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and
- Ensure robust data security and privacy measures are in place.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
- 5+ years experience as an Oracle Database Developer, with a focus
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles,
- Experience with data migration projects, particularly from
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and ensure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Workday integration and configuration.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry.
- Project management experience.
