You arrive to find a high-speed packaging line calling for attention. A quick check of a VFD, a look over a 480V feed, and a servo axis realignment gets product flowing again. From there, you knock out scheduled PMs, tweak a pneumatic circuit for smoother motion, and partner with production to prevent the next unplanned stop. This role blends quick-hit troubleshooting with proactive maintenance to keep modern equipment running at peak reliability.

What You’ll Tackle

• Diagnose and repair packaging and production assets to cut downtime
• Execute preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery
• Resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Respond quickly to equipment failures and implement lasting corrective actions
• Contribute to continuous improvement to boost reliability and throughput
• Coordinate with operators and production leaders to maintain safe, efficient operations

Your Background

• 3+ years maintaining equipment in a manufacturing setting
• Strength in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with conveyors, motors, drives, pumps, and automated systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
• PLC troubleshooting exposure is a plus
• Background in packaging, consumer products, food, plastics, or other high-speed environments preferred
