Paralegal

- Manage corporate entities, including formations, maintenance, and record keeping
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, including commercial agreements and real estate leases
- Provide litigation support, including case tracking and document management
- Assist with licensing and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Support intellectual property, advertising, and data privacy matters
- Maintain legal calendars, deadlines, and compliance filings
- Review and process legal invoices and assist with legal operations
- Provide day-to-day support to the General Counsel on a variety of legal initiatives
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of paralegal or related legal experience
- Experience with corporate governance and entity management required
- Exposure to multiple practice areas such as contracts, real estate, litigation, IP, or compliance xrczosw
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
