Front Office Coordinator
We are a patient-focused private dental practice committed to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team and help create a smooth experience for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify dental insurance benefits
- Process patient payments and insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and charts
- Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow-ups
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office or dental receptionist experience preferred
- Experience with Dentrix, a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
