INVC advances this work through four core strategies: Community Violence Intervention (CVI) / Street Outreach, Individualized Service Provision, Victim Support Services, and Nonviolence Training.
INVC also serves as the hub organization for the Scaling Up (SC2) Austin Collaborative, a multi-partner initiative focused on reducing community-level violence by aligning and scaling services for individuals at highest risk. While SC2 is an important collaborative effort, the Data Manager supports data systems, reporting, and evaluation across all INVC programs.

The Manager works closely with front-line staff, program managers, INVC leadership, external partners, and funders to ensure data is collected safely and accurately, used effectively, and communicated clearly. • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for funders
  • Ensure program data is accurate, complete, timely, and secure through routine audits, data cleaning, and quality assurance processes
  • Provide database training and develop database workflows/manuals/videos to support digital literacy among frontline staff
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support data-informed decision making, impact evaluation and strategic programmatic operations across the organization
  • Work with colleagues at all levels to support collaboration across teams, information sharing, communication, and transparency
  • Represent the organization at external stakeholder/partner meetings
  • Assist with pressing matters as they arise and perform other duties as required
