Our growing company is looking for an additional administrative assistant who can work within the production scheduling department, learn the processes, and eventually handle the day in and day out functions of the role. Our business is extremely fast paced, so the ideal candidate needs to be able to wear multiple hats and balance a variety of tasks. Attitude is key in this position. We all work together in order to provide outstanding customer service, sales support, and hit our team goals.

Top to Bottom Construction is a full service GC that specializes in storm restoration. Resumes with experience in this industry will be given preference. We offer training specific to our processes, ideally the right candidate will have basic understanding of administrative tasks but be open to working within our process.

There is room for advancement as the organization grows. Punctuality and hustle are very important. Experience in roofing and siding are desired, but not required. It is more important to be focused, energetic, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities - Production Admin

Hours 8 - 5 Monday - Friday with some Saturdays required. During the summer months overtime is likely.

• Review material orders for accuracy
• Close completed jobs from the production department
• Update and confirm build schedules
• Post the schedule and distribute work orders

Skills

• Working knowledge of office equipment, like scanners, printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Excel, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Service minded, pleasant disposition
