Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to manage client accounts and oversee the order lifecycle from entry through delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and works effectively across multiple departments to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor customer orders using an ERP system to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information within CRM software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Partner with the sales team to support existing accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
• Coordinate returns, special requests, and ongoing order programs.
• Work closely with production, shipping, and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with shipping activities and order prioritization during high-volume periods.
• Develop a strong understanding of products to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service or account management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
