Campus Recreation Facilities Operations Coordinator
Department: CAMPUS RECREATION
Locations: Macomb, IL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Facilities Operations Coordinator is responsible for the effective management, operation, and safety of Campus Recreation facilities and associated support systems. This position plans, directs and coordinates activities in regards to the operation of the Campus Recreation facilities such as space utilization and maintenance, including outdoor facilities, fields, and outdoor recreation areas and related support equipment. Approves facility use requests for events. The coordinator selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, and develops staff work schedules and assignments in relations to facility operations. This position also manages inventory of university property; authorizes order requests for supplies and inventory; reviews receipts and/or invoices of goods and services. WORK LOCATION: Macomb Campus APPOINTMENT: As soon as possible MONTHLY WAGE: $3,705- $4,075 (anticipated starting salary of $3,705) Western Illinois University employees may be eligible for a variety of State of Illinois benefits.
