You'll treat traditional SaaS as systems of record while building the intelligent workflows that drive actions and decisions.
  • Advanced Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide leadership with clear visibility into key revenue metrics, pipeline health, sales forecasting, and team performance. You'll leverage workflow automation to collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources automatically curating context for AI, to make insights that would be impossible with manual processes.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment Through Automation: Facilitate strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams by building automated workflows that ensure consistent processes, shared goals, and seamless lead handoffs. Your automation will eliminate friction between departments and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • KPI Management: Ensuring accuracy and alignment between KPIs and business objectives through automated KPI tracking systems you build and maintain.
  • Enablement & Innovation Support: Partner with sales and customer success leadership to identify enablement needs, building automated training workflows, performance tracking systems, and intelligent notification systems that equip teams with the tools, data, and processes required for optimal performance.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Support the sales leadership in developing accurate sales forecasts, setting quotas, and assisting with territory planning through predictive analytics workflows and automated reporting systems that provide real-time insights.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance policies and maintain data cleanliness within all revenue systems through automated monitoring, validation, and correction workflows that maintain data quality without manual intervention.

  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k matching, and generous PTO.
  • You will play a critical role in shaping our company's revenue strategy and operational efficiency.
