We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Center Director. - Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing requirements.
- Implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
- Responsible for shutting down a classroom at night which requires cleaning and organizing and leaving the classroom "tour ready."
- Be able to attend monthly staff meetings.
- Be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Be available from the hours of 2:30-6:00pm
- Be able to provide proof of CPR and First Aid, along with Food Handler Certification.
- Have two or more years of experience in a group childcare setting.
- Be able to clear a background and fingerprint search.
- Hold an Associates Degree in ECE, CDA or minimum of HS Diploma.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
