What You'll Do:

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping shipments on track and customers informed.

• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, delivery receipts, etc.).
• Schedule delivery appointments with customers, drivers, and warehouses.
• Accurately enter shipment data into our system (we’ll train you on our software).
• Help with invoicing and keeping customer records organized.
• Communicate daily with carriers and customers to confirm deliveries and resolve minor issues.
• Support senior team members in solving problems and keeping operations smooth.
• Learn through hands-on training and shadowing experienced professionals.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A related degree is a plus, but not required.
• No logistics experience needed. Experience in customer service, administration, or any fast-paced role is helpful.
• Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office. Willingness to learn new software is key.
