Line Cook

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Augie’s. We’re a busy neighborhood bar and restaurant focused on great food, consistency, and providing a welcoming experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in putting out quality food, and must be a team player . We’re looking for someone who communicates well, supports their coworkers, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items to recipe and presentation standards, completing daily prep, maintaining a clean and organized station, following proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and working efficiently during busy services.

Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred, and pizza experience is a plus . We’re also willing to work with someone who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred

• Available for nights and weekends
• Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
