Rally Appraisal ( a regional real estate appraisal firm with a footprint across five states, is seeking to hire and train a General Real Estate Appraiser for the Peoria, IL market.

This is a training opportunity within an established office that is a recognized leader in the area. You will support a high-performing team while helping to expand our market coverage, leveraging our strong reputation and well-known brand.

The training period typically lasts 18-24 months and includes a salaried compensation structure. Upon certification, the role transitions to commission-based pay, offering a significant increase in earning potential for individuals who demonstrate initiative, motivation, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adhere to uniform processes
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, economics, real estate, business, or a mathematics related field.

Compensation:

Appraiser Trainee - $40,000 during the training period. Median income of experienced (3-5 years in role) Rally Certified General Appraisers is $130,000 +.
