With a strong foothold in HOA and commercial maintenance, this team is seeking an Account Manager who values communication, integrity, and long-term growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on relationship-building, and is looking for a company that truly invests in its team.

With 80% of the portfolio made up of HOA and residential associations and the rest in commercial and industrial sites, you’ll build long-term relationships while managing high-quality service delivery. Equipped with top-tier software like Aspire, you'll have the systems you need to stay efficient, proactive, and connected with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a landscape portfolio of $1M–$1.3M or snow services of $650K–$800K
  • Maintain a 90%+ client retention rate across 25–50 accounts
  • Identify and propose enhancements, hitting 60–65 cents on the dollar in upsells
  • Collaborate with production managers to ensure quality and timely service delivery
  • Conduct site visits, walk-throughs, and client check-ins
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with both clients and internal teams

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in landscape account management or operations
  • Strong understanding of landscape maintenance and seasonal operations
  • High emotional intelligence and client-focused communication skills
  • Familiarity with Aspire software or willingness to learn
  • Team player who aligns with values of honesty, accountability, and collaboration
  • Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000
  • On-Target Earnings: Up to $100,000 with bonus and enhancement incentives
  • Company Vehicle + Laptop
