Job Summary

Under supervision, this position is responsible for a variety of duties to include opening, sorting and batching paper claims, indexing/researching, slow & high speed scanning. NEA reviewing and scanning, routing images, posting mail and posting UPS.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• High school diploma or GED.
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Data entry experience
• Knowledge of Alpha-numeric data entry
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication
• The ability to move and lift boxes and or office equipment up to 50 pounds
• The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
• The ability to sit, stand or walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Experience in a high-volume mailroom/ imaging production environment.
• Experience with mail pallets.
• Experience with UPS and/or USPS

THIS IS A FLEX ROLE WORKING 3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS A WEEK FROM HOME AFTER TRAINING
