Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of our Contact Center and IHT customer handoff during the appointment scheduling process. The role aims to improve missed SLAs, appointments, and ensure 100% entitlement of jobs while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Call customers to schedule appointments for our IHT team based on claims created by the contact center.

• Create appointments in Oracle and assign them to technicians considering territories, skillsets, and availability.

• Confirm customer service addresses, phone numbers, and gather all necessary details for the technician to successfully complete the appointment.

• Contact customers within one hour of claim creation and assign to third-party contractors if the IHT cannot meet the SLA, or if the appointment is outside of IHT's scope of work.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Proficiency in scheduling and schedule planning.

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience with inbound call handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Oracle experience is a plus.

• Experience in utilities, HVAC, EMS, or dispatching is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

• Organizational agility and planning skills.

• Effective problem-solving capabilities.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Naperville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
