Maintenance Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing plant and possess strong mechanical skills to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair process equipment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial process equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and maintain accurate records.
• Rebuild pumps, gearboxes, and drives.
• Remove and install bearings and seals properly.
• Install and align pumps and motors.
• Perform basic hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Work with 460V 3-phase power and 120V control circuits.
• Wire motors and perform electrical repairs as needed.
• Weld and operate cutting torches safely.
• Conduct general plumbing and pipe fitting tasks.
• Work safely both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with industrial power and hand tools.
• Ability to work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
