Bilingual (English/Spanish) Dealership Administrative Assistant – Chicago Car Deals

Location: Lake in the Hills, IL
Pay: $18/hour to start (Full-time)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dealership Administrative Assistant. This person will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks to keep our dealership organized and efficient. From processing title work and bookkeeping to assisting with customer documentation and supporting sales when needed, you’ll be a key part of our everyday operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process and complete vehicle title and registration paperwork
• Manage dealership records and filing systems
• Handle bookkeeping tasks (data entry, expense tracking, QuickBooks or similar)
• Prepare and organize sales documentation, contracts, and customer files
• Communicate with lenders, vendors, and state offices as needed
• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with questions and documentation
• Provide occasional support to the sales team during busy times
• Maintain a clean, organized office and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications:

• Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Prior experience in an automotive office, DMV, or administrative role preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable multitasking and learning new processes
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow with a small business
