The Role - What you’ll do as a Private Client Personal Lines Senior Account Man

• ager:
  Proactively review policies for assigned clients at renewal. Identify any gaps in coverage and make specific recommendations to ensure the client is fully prot
• ected.Explain coverage and policy details to clients clearly. Ensure all available coverages are offered and disc
• ussed.Proactively identify opportunities to necessary lines of business to ensure comprehensive prote
• ction.Build and maintain trust with large book of established clients, handling coverage inquiries and a
• dvice.Document necessary policy changes, endorsements, and rewrites in Epic agency management system for proce
• ssing.Oversee the remarketing of accounts when rates or risks change or requested by pro
• ducer.Maintain professional relationships with underwriters at key personal lines carriers to facilitate problem-solving and appr
• ovals.Review home inspections and appraisals with clients; track and communicate carrier requirements to ensure compl
