The Opportunity

We're looking for a content creator who wants to turn their social media skills into a legitimate automotive sales career. Not the other way around.

Most dealerships hire salespeople and then beg them to make TikToks. We're flipping the script. We want someone who already lives on their phone, already understands what makes people stop scrolling, and already knows how to build an audience. We'll teach you the car business. You teach us how to dominate social media.

This is a full-time content creation role where your success is measured in engagement, followers, and car deals that come directly from your audience. You won't be standing at the front door waiting for customers. You won't be working a lead queue. Your leads come from one place: the community you build online.

What You'll Actually Do

Create Content Daily

TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook. Walk-arounds, feature highlights, behind-the-scenes dealership life, customer deliveries, comparisons, trend participation, and whatever format is working right now. Every vehicle on our lot is content waiting to happen.

Build an Audience Without Boundaries

Your reach isn't limited to Chicago. TikTok doesn't care where you're standing when you film. A viewer in Florida or California can discover your content, connect with your style, and decide to buy from you. We handle shipping and out-of-state transactions. Your job is to build a following that trusts you, wherever they live.

The goal is to become a known voice in the Hyundai space nationally. When people search for Hyundai content, we want them finding you.

Sell Cars Through Your Content

When your content generates inquiries, whether from down the street or across the country, you work those deals. You'll learn our sales process, financing basics, and remote purchasing logistics. Every customer already chose you because of what you created online.

Stay Current and Experiment

Platforms change. Algorithms shift. You'll stay ahead of trends, test new formats, analyze performance, and adapt constantly. We give you creative freedom. You bring the ideas.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active social media presence with demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form video
• Understanding of platform algorithms and what drives engagement
• Comfortable and authentic on camera
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must work on-site at the dealership (the cars are here)

Preferred

• Existing following of 5,000+ on any platform
• Interest in automotive content and technology
• Previous sales or customer service experience

Compensation

Base Salary: Competitive weekly base providing stability while you build your audience and pipeline.

Commission: Full commission on every vehicle sold that originates from your social media efforts, local or national.

Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses tied to follower growth, engagement rates, and content performance.

Total Earning Potential: Your income scales with your audience, not your zip code. The better your content performs, the more you earn. No ceiling. No geographic limits.
