HR Coordinator
We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Human Resources operations, supporting key processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring our employees and leaders have the tools they need to succeed. HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and help onboard new hires to set them up for success.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, providing guidance on HR policies and benefits.
- Assist in planning employee events, training sessions, and initiatives that foster a collaborative and engaging workplace.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to help us continuously improve and make data-driven decisions.
- You have a knack for keeping things on track and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, and you’re comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
- You’re proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- You understand the importance of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- You’re familiar with employment laws and HR best practices, and you’re excited to grow your knowledge and skills
