Royal Adjusting & Renovation is a rapidly growing exterior restoration and insurance-claim specialist company serving the greater Chicagoland area. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Roofing Sales Manager to lead, train, and grow our sales team.

This is a leadership position for someone ready to build and scale a high-performing roofing sales force.

Position Overview

The Roofing Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and overseeing roofing sales representatives. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, insurance claim knowledge, and the ability to drive performance and accountability across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new roofing sales representatives
• Develop and implement structured sales training programs
• Provide hands-on field training and ride-alongs
• Oversee daily sales operations and territory management
• Track team performance and closing ratios
• Motivate and coach sales reps to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and performance reviews
• Ensure proper documentation, CRM usage, and contract compliance
• Maintain strong customer service standards across the team
• Collaborate with production and operations to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–5 years experience as roofing sales manager
• Proven track record of closing deals and managing sales teams
• Experience handling insurance restoration projects (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to train, mentor, and hold team members accountable
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
