The Medical-Surgical RN provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with acute, chronic, or post-operative medical conditions. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
