Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor at Classic Kia, you will be the vital link between our customers and the service department, ensuring an exceptional experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up. You will assist customers by understanding their vehicle concerns, providing clear service recommendations, and coordinating with the technicians to deliver efficient and quality service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:- Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain services to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on vehicle status.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle services.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote additional services and maintenance to support dealership goals.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within an automotive environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is a plus.
- Competitive salary ranging from $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
