Pay:  $19.50 - $21.00 per hour

• Execute all activities related to merchandise movement in a timely manner

Ability to:

• Utilize all J&M training tools to maximize results
• Report HR issues to manager or supervisor immediately
• Convey a sense of urgency

Requirements:

• Retail Sales/Stock experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• The ability to work a schedule that is flexible and conducive of a retail environment.
• Physical demands: this position involves constant moving, talking, listening, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing for long periods of time, walking, using hands to operate controls and climbing ladders in a safe manner. In addition, the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Required to go through TSA background check to get security clearance.
• Works closely with Sales Team, Store Management and the Customer Service team to achieve all established goals i.e. ensuring all shipping supplies are on hand, shipping deadlines met, visual directives followed per document requirements and overall store and stockroom maintained to the highest standards.
• Flexibility to move from one task to another while delivering superior service and quality work.
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and the ability to anticipate and problem solve.
• Strong communication skills, the ability to read, write and interpret essential business documents and communications. Must be detailed oriented.
