Spanish Speaking Collections Specialist

We are looking for self-driven, trainable, and professional individuals to join our Accounts Receivable team! Your main responsibility as a Collector is to take/place calls, find solutions and recover assets for clients. Our Bilingual Collectors start with a base pay of $19.20 an hour along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives. This Full-Time position requires a person with attention to detail and a professional, friendly behavior. Must be organized, energetic, and able to multi-task. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/debtors informing of claim filed against them
• Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
• Accurately obtain payments via card and ACH (electronic check payment)
• Successfully notate files of conversations had and payments received
• Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients

Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is required. Education:

• High school diploma or GED
