**POSITION SUMMARY: **

Accurately label, load, and verify all products entering or leaving NPAA’s Supply/Logistics to ensure they match the appropriate documentation. Confirm that all products received, shipped, and inventoried are accurate, properly organized, and readily identifiable.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: **

• Prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other shipping/receiving/freight documents.

• Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

• Verify and inspect the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents.

• Organize the distribution and shipping of merchandise.

• Identify, hold, and segregate defective material following the RGA process.

• Conduct part checks and direct operators to move materials to the proper staging area.

• Assist in evaluating inventory discrepancies with the Inventory Coordinator.

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: **

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong SAP skills.

• DOT and IATA certified.

• Minimum of 2 years of shipping/receiving or related experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to operate a forklift and obtain certification.

SALARY RANGE:

$17.00to$25.75 hourly; $35,360.00 to $53,560.00 annually. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skillset.
