Floor Host (Chicago 60607)

We are currently seeking an energetic, detail-oriented professional for an immediate Floor Host opening at a premier corporate site in Chicago, IL (60607).

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

• Assignment Length: 45 to 90 days

• Location: Chicago West Loop area (60607)

What you’ll be doing: This is an active role supporting a large, dynamic 10-floor office campus. You will be responsible for keeping kitchenettes and breakrooms fully stocked, coordinating setup and teardown for daily corporate lunches and events, and managing incoming supply inventory.

Responsibilities

• Floor Stocking & Upkeep: Regularly patrol and maintain breakrooms, kitchenettes, and copy hubs across all 10 floors, ensuring snacks, beverages, and office supplies are fully stocked and neatly presented.

• Lunch & Event Setup: Coordinate the logistical setup and teardown for daily catered lunches and special corporate events, including moving light furniture, setting up food displays, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

• Inventory Management: Track, log, and organize incoming inventory. Monitor supply levels and report shortages to ensure the site never runs low on essentials.

• Hospitality & Support: Act as a friendly, visible point of contact on the floors to assist employees and guests with basic facility questions.
