Position Overview
We are a professional, award-winning, multi-disciplinary organization, unique in both its capabilities and credibility, licensed to provide professional civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural design, and land surveying services. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base in the Public, government and federal Sectors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading proposals that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil engineering and architecture sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations to secure new projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and the competitive landscape in the construction industry.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the company's services and establish connections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, construction, Architecture, or a business related field preferred
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the engineering services industry.
• Strong knowledge and relationships civil engineering, structural engineering, land surveying, construction, and municipal related bid opportunities
• Excellent communication and networking/ presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in preparing and winning proposals.
