The APRN /PA works with a collaborating physician in an active Convenient Care Acute Care Setting, within a Graham Medical Group clinic, to deliver health care services to people of all ages and their families, providing patients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their health care and lifestyle choices.

Graduate of an accredited Master’s Degree program for Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant

Board certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants

Current licensure to practice as an APRN or PA in the State of Illinois

Current licensure to prescribe controlled substances in the State of Illinois

Current life support certification (BLS or ACLS)

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a midlevel provider

Advance Practice Provider positions range between $50 per hour to $90 per hour. All wages are determined by experience and skills; wage information will be discussed further upon interview selection.
