About the Position:

The Mobile Concrete Plant Manager will oversee operations of multiple mobile concrete batch plants across active job sites in the Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. As our client expands its civil and construction operations, this leadership role is vital to ensuring plant efficiency, high-quality concrete production, and safety compliance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with batching operations and thrives in leading teams across dynamic project environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple batch plant operators across different job sites, ensuring consistent performance, communication, and accountability.
  • Oversee day-to-day batching operations to ensure adherence to project requirements and company standards.
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to plant operators, helping them grow in skill, safety, and efficiency.
  • Travel to project sites to support plant setup, troubleshoot issues, and verify operational readiness.
  • Coordinate the mobilization, setup, calibration, production, and demobilization of mobile batch plants.
  • Ensure plants are operating efficiently and that concrete production meets schedule, quality, and safety expectations.
  • Monitor batching operations to maintain consistency in mix design and production standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile or stationary concrete batch plant operations, including team leadership.
  • Strong technical knowledge of batching equipment, concrete mix designs, and QC/QA processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams across multiple locations and travel as needed.
  • Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience.
  • CDL preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
