Salary Range- $75,000 - $90,000.00

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Smiling a Lot)

As a District Manager, you’re the superhero behind the scenes—guiding your stores to be their absolute best, keeping standards high, and making sure every guest leaves happier than they came. You won’t be scooping ice cream all day (unless you want to…), but you will be leading, mentoring, and inspiring your store managers to rock their roles.

Your Sweet Responsibilities:

• Run the Show: Make sure each store in your region hits the mark on quality, service, and safety.

• Coach & Inspire: Train, guide, and support managers so every shift runs smoothly.

• Keep Customers Smiling: Ensure guests get speedy, friendly service—because happy customers mean happy careers.

• Crunch the Numbers: Review monthly sales and profits, and help stores hit their goals.

• Audit Like a Pro: Random checks on inventory, cash, and files to keep things on track.

• Hire & Grow Talent: Interview, hire, and coach managers and staff to create dream teams.

• Be the Voice of Fun: Bring ideas, solve problems, and help shape the best ice cream experience in town.

• Special Projects: Work with leadership on exciting initiatives to make our stores even sweeter.
