Overview
We are seeking a skilled dentist to join our client's private and very reputable practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience (or a residency completed) and have experience placing implants and doing most molar endo procedures.
Their long term dentist is retiring soon and has been producing 100K per month consistently. Since the owner practices at another location, it is important for the dentist to feel comfortable practicing independently.
This is a full time opportunity for 4 days a week. No nights and no weekends. The office is a FFS and PPO one, with an amazing team and state of the art equipment.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine dental health and treatment needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental issues accurately.
Maintain strict infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques during all procedures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach for efficient patient care.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Keep accurate patient records using Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient care.
Skills
Experience placing and restoring implants
Experience doing most molar endo procedures
Proven track record of producing between 80K to 120K per month
About the Office
State of the art equipment including CBCT, scanners, digital x-rays and more
FFS and PPO office
4 or 5 days per week, depending on preference

Busy patient base already developed as current dentist is relocating
