Paving the way for these amazing projects is our Technology capability, dedicated to transforming the digital marketing landscape. The Technology capability collaborates with other capabilities within Digitas such as Strategy, Creative, Data Science and Media, as well as client business and technology representatives, to bring cutting edge digital products and campaigns to life. We also have strategic partnerships with many of the world's leading marketing and advertising technology vendors that helps us leverage the best platforms and tools for our clients.

What you'll do:

The Digital Product Manager role provides requirement gathering and specification documentation, as well as technology strategy services (e.g. technology assessments and vendor evaluations) to support complex digital projects being defined, designed and developed by Digitas. These projects range from marketing communication (websites, ad campaigns, email marketing, etc...) to data engineering to emerging technology. Client digital tasks are increasing in scope and complexity and the need for effective tech leadership and digital product management skills has never been greater to deliver on those needs.

As an Analyst on our Digital Product Management team, you will assist in managing a product roadmap for a set of features from inception through implementation. You will document requirements, help establish key performance metrics, and assist in driving execution on a range of digital projects within our client portfolio. You'll collaborate with our internal teams on the design, development and testing of world-class digital initiatives.

• Partnering with creative teams to identify digital solutions to business problems

• Developing user stories and epics to describe how a technology solution would function

• Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues

• Partnering with Technical Leads and Quality Assurance to ensure high quality and timely development and delivery

We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

• 1 year of experience working in a Digital Product Manager, Business Analyst or other technical role.

• 1 year of experience working on technology based projects.

• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business, Design or Technology related discipline required.

• A proactive approach to learning on the job as well as to completing formal training to develop your skill set.

• Good written and verbal communication skills to support interaction with a variety of team members.

• Good technical documenting skills particularly with using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio (or like diagramming tool) and cloud based collaboration tools.

Compensation Range: $54,910 - $75,915 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
