The compensation range for this position is $20 - $24 per hour, plus bonus potential. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
Compensation:$20 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:- Contact assigned accounts regarding balances by telephone, in person and email
- Work directly with assigned attorneys and accounting staff
- Document all interactions, track accounts in collections software, and escalate to legal action when needed
- 3-5 years of experience in legal collections or related field
- Knowledge of legal collection processes and regulations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Upbeat attitude, compassion & emotional Intelligence
- Reliable attendance critical
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software systems
