We are looking for a highly capable Senior Data Scientist to support advanced AI initiatives focused on generative AI, embeddings, and ServiceNow data integration. This role will work closely with engineering and business teams to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions using PyTorch, Databricks, and modern ML techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy generative AI solutions and embedding pipelines using Databricks.

  • Engineer ML workflows and data pipelines in Databricks, integrating with enterprise data platforms.

  • Analyze and model ServiceNow data to extract insights and drive automation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with PyTorch, transformers, and embedding techniques.

  • Strong experience with chat completions utilizing multiple different LLMs and fine-tuning prompts (GPT, Gemini, Claude).

  • Hands-on expertise with Databricks (including Unity Catalog, MLflow, and notebooks).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong experience with GitHub (commits, pull requests, Databricks integration).

  • Ability to lead technical walkthroughs and articulate design decisions.

  • Experience deploying models/code in a production setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Databricks certifications (e.g., Data Engineer Associate, Machine Learning Professional, Generative AI Engineer Associate).

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow data models.

  • Familiarity with RAG architecture and vector databases.

  • Background in enterprise data architecture and governance.

  • Experience with GCP and Vertex AI

  • Experience with IDEs (i.e. VS Code, PyCharm)

Additional Notes Regarding Interview Process:

  • Candidates will be asked to present a GitHub-hosted project as part of the interview process demonstrating generative AI or NLP capabilities.

Work at Home Guidance

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$117,600 - $161,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
