Industrial Assembler – Hiring for 1st & 2nd Shift

We’re looking for reliable, hands‑on Industrial Assemblers to help build our test filtration equipment. If you like working with tools, building things, and solving problems, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble machinery by following blueprints and instructions
• Install and align parts, motors, pumps, pipes, and electrical components
• Use hand and power tools to drill, tap, fasten, and adjust parts
• Inspect parts to make sure everything fits and works correctly
• Test finished units and make adjustments if needed

What You Need

• Experience with mechanical assembly or machine building
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Welding or fabrication experience
• Electrical or wiring knowledge
• Understanding of preventive maintenance

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
