Position Summary
The Executive Chef at MORA Asian Fusion is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Menu Development and Execution

Design and curate an innovative, seasonal, and authentic Asian Fusion menu.
Ensure menu items are prepared with consistency, flavor, and presentation standards.
Incorporate guest feedback to refine dishes and stay ahead of culinary trends.
Kitchen Operations Management

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
Maintain inventory control and manage food costs effectively.
Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
Team Leadership and Training

Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Develop staff skills in Asian Fusion cooking techniques and encourage creativity.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Quality and Consistency Control

Ensure all dishes meet MORA Asian Fusion's standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
Monitor kitchen output to ensure timely delivery during high-volume service periods.
Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with the General Manager to align culinary offerings with business goals.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Participate in marketing and promotional efforts, such as food tastings and special events.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
Expertise in Asian Fusion cuisine with a strong portfolio of culinary accomplishments.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of kitchen safety, sanitation standards, and food cost management.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional dining experiences.
Working Conditions
