Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community
• Assist with leasing activities, including tours, applications, and resident follow-up
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Handle resident inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution
• Assist with rent collections, delinquency tracking, and basic reporting
• Help maintain accurate resident files and property records
• Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure community goals are met

Qualifications

• Previous experience in multifamily property management preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with property management software is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
