- Paid Orientation upon completion ($100 will be added to the first paycheck), lodging provided by the company (single room with twin bed, shower, laundry, lounge zone with pool table and snacks)
- Health, Dental and Vision Insurance offered by the company. We participate in Health Insurance with 50% (up to $200) - (for W2 form of employment only)
- Paid Driver Referral Bonus Program - $1500 per candidate - bring as many as you can - no limits
- Travel expense reimbursements - the company will compensate your travel expenses getting to our terminal in Chicago for orientation within $250 limit (whether it’s a bus, flight or rental car)

Qualifications:

- Active CDL Class A licence
- at least 1 year of CDL Class A driving experience
- MVR and PSP records in good standing

Solo Position: Average $1,700-$2,250/week
Up to 65 CPM (60 CPM + 5 CPM Safety and Performance bonuses)

W2 Form Of Employment:

Solo Position: Average $1,150-$1,750/week
Up to 57 CPM (52 CPM + 5 CPM Safety and Performance bonuses)
