ABOUT THE POSITION:

We're looking for an organized, positive, and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to help us provide excellent service to both our clients and their pets. In this essential role, you will be the heart and soul of our clinic - the first point of contact for clients and the glue that holds everything together behind the scenes.

Our ideal candidate will need the following:

• A passion for animals and their well-being.

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.

• A positive, friendly, and empathetic attitude - you'll be making a big impact on clients' experiences!

• Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist (preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting).

• Proficiency in basic office software and systems (experience with eZyVet a plus!).

PAY: $16.00+/hour, based on experience
