Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Associates to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively.
Duties
- Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble components on the production line.
- Fabricate parts and products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse or factory setting, including operating forklifts when necessary.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly line processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with mechanical concepts and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues is essential.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work consistently.
