Note: Full time hires will receive a guaranteed salary for their first three months of $3,250 (equivalent of $39,000 per year). This position would take over a shift already booked with clients.

We are looking for a genuinely awesome person looking to grow with our organization. We have a need to cover existing sessions on the books and to grow a few new shifts. We are seeking a new teammate who has an interest in helping others and working hard. We were all beginners once, but applicants must have the following qualifications:

• All personal trainers and group instructors must provide personalized attention, professional instruction, and exercise programming to each client so as to contribute significantly to the client’s health, fitness, and wellness goals. If you are passionate about learning, we can teach you.

Requirements

• 4 Year College Degree.
• Certified Personal Training Certificate
• Training experience is a plus but not required.
• Customer service know how.
• Email and face to face communication skills.
• A “life-learner" mentality where you always want to learn something new.
• An enjoyment for teaching people.
• Ability to positively influence another person's behavior.
• Be willing to check narcissism at the door and to be part of a training team (not an independent trainer).
• Availability to help with weekend shifts.
• An individual looking to work with our team to build a successful shift and to retain existing clients through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized training sessions tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels.
• Develop and implement effective training programs based on knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
• Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
• Foster a motivating environment through effective communication and coaching.
• Lead group fitness classes as needed, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure client sucess
• Record program specifics to identify client progress
